SAN ANSELMO CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Our instructors are professionally trained. Their primary goal is your safety. For your own benefit, please follow all instructions.
 
Boogie & Sweat A total body workout using your favorite dance moves! Easy to follow, exciting music and all levels welcome.
Cardio Dance Cardiovascular class with dance moves, guaranteed to get your heart rate up.

Cardio Sculpt

Cardiovascular and sculpting class using weights, bands and the ball to get that body toned.

Conscious Flow Yoga Awareness of body alignment principles, moving through a variety of postures designed to awaken, stretch and strengthen every muscle group.
Foam Roller   A safe way to work on core stabilization to regain and maintain balance.
Free Wheeling A high-intensity stationary cycling workout.
Hard Core/Pump It Designed to work your whole body using barbells and weights to highly motivating music. All ages and fitness levels can benefit from this great class. Improve your fat burning ability and change the shape of your body!
Just Abs  A 30 minute class just for your abdominals.
Pilates/Core Body conditioning to help build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination in the legs, arms and back while focusing on the abdominals.
Pilates/Fit Ball A core and cardiovascular workout focusing on strengthening, conditioning, balance training and flexibility while on a fit ball..
Sculpt & Fit Dumbbell, floor and stretch work, designed to maintain fitness and achieve definition and flexibility. It is specially designed to accommodate and challenge all fitness levels.
Step and Abs An intense workout using a bench with adjustable levels for a great cardiovascular workout plus 15 minutes of abs.
X-Fitness Cardio fitness, endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed and agility training improve coordination and balance, all in one class.
Yoga   A physical, mental, and spiritual discipline. Good for improving strength and flexibility.
Yoga Tone   A fitness approach specifically designed to increase strength, endurance, flexibility, patience and focus. Combines traditional sustained postures (Hatha) and breath (Pranayama).
ZUMBA A blend of contagious and easy-to-follow choreography set to up-beat Latin music.
