SAN ANSELMO CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Our instructors are professionally trained. Their primary goal is your safety. For your own benefit, please follow all instructions.
 
Cardio Hi Lo Cardiovascular class with dance moves, guaranteed to get yur heart rate up.

Cardio-Kickboxing

Cardio, cardio, cardio...with kickboxing moves.

Cardio Sculpt

Cardiovascular and sculpting class using weights, bands and the ball. Get that toned body.

Cardio-Sports Core

Core and cardiovascular workout using the bench, weights and whatever else for a fun and high energy class.

Free Wheeling   A high-intensity stationary cycling workout.
Just Abs  A 30 minute class just for your abdominals.
Kick Butt Ball  A fun core workout targeting abs, hips and thighs with the fit ball.
P.A.I.N. You'll challenge your body from head to toe in this fun, strengthening class. Get that sculpted body you have always wanted.
Pilates/Fit Ball A one hour core and cardiovascular workout focusing on strengthening, conditioning, balance training and flexibility.
Pump IT Ever changing and always challenging. This interval style class is designed for anyone who wants to strengthen and sculpt while having a great time. Working from the CORE to get that hard body you want.
Sculpt & Strengthen 1 hour dumbbell, floor and stretch work, designed to maintain fitness and achieve definition and flexibility. It is specially designed to accommodate and challenge all fitness levels.
Step An intense workout using a bench with adjustable levels for a great cardiovascular workout.
Step and Abs An intense workout using a bench with adjustable levels for a great cardiovascular workout plus 15 minutes of abs.
Conscious Flow Yoga Awareness of body alignment principles, moving through a variety of postures designed to awaken, stretch and strengthen every muscle group.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga A gentle but challenging flow class for beginners to more experienced yoga practitioners.
Yoga   A unique blend of yoga for improved flexibility.
Yoga Tone   A fitness approach specifically designed to increase strength, endurance, flexibility, patience and focus. Combines traditional sustained postures (Hatha) and breath (Pranayama).
