Working with a trainer is one of the fastest and most
successful ways to improve your overall fitness and health. This
individualized attention from Élan's professionally trained staff
will help you make the lifestyle and physical changes that may be
hard to achieve on your own.
In your first meeting, your trainer will discuss your
health history and personal goals in order to custom design a
program just for you. With each session, we will motivate, monitor
your progress, ensure that you are using the proper technique, and
assist you in advancing your fitness level.
Élan's certified trainers have extensive experience in
Pilates, core, balance and posture training, weight management and
resistance training for women.
Our unique training programs reflect our diverse
community. If you are training for a sport or need to push through a
plateau, our fast paced programs are for you.
The Adaptive Fitness programs focus on functional
conditioning for pre/post natal, low back pain, arthritis,
osteoporosis, and other conditions.
Unique to Élan is our post-rehabilitation
program/adaptive fitness program. The program is designed for
individuals who have completed a course of physical therapy and have
been released to begin an exercise program. We will partner with
your physician, physical therapist, or chiropractor to design a safe
and progressive fitness program.
